Unhealthy Indoor Air

INDOOR AIR PROBLEM:
Most people spend a majority of their time in rooms that are full of airborne contaminants. Allergens are much more concentrated in closed in spaces than outside areas. Chemical odors, pet dander and mold spores are just a few of the allergens that can affect the health of people and when these get trapped indoors, they can be five times more concentrated than outdoors.

Most people are not aware of the many truths behind the quality of our indoor air. The Environmental Protection Agency ranks indoor air
quality as one of the top five environmental risks to public health, and 5 out of 10 Americans are not aware of this. This is a major problem that should not be overlooked especially since indoor air pollution can be 5 times higher (and occasionally 100 times higher) than outdoor levels. | | | |
